Mr Lim's small class sizes allowed for me to immediately clarify any doubts. He also simplifies concepts very well and teaches us how to visualise formulas easily. For example, vectors is a very formula-driven chapter but he simplified it and taught us from the basics so when learning it in school, it was less confusing and easier to catch what the teacher was saying.

Mr Lim is the most amazing maths tutor I have had!!! Firstly, he is a very dedicated and skilled teacher. He is aware of every students' different learning needs and is able to cater to all of them. He is also very skilled at recognising each student's strengths and weaknesses, and is able to guide and give advice to them on how to score for A-level. Additionally, his teaching style is very entertaining and he can be really dramatic, which is funny but effectively emphasises the point he wishes to make.

Luckily i found this tuition center and i will forever be grateful to Mr. Lim for helping me do well for my exams. He takes his time with each student to go through all their problems as well as providing us with a conducive learning environment where we would be able to focus on our studies.

Mr Lim's enthusiasm for mathematics is infectious, and I found myself becoming more and more interested in the subject the longer I worked with him. He has an intuitive understanding of how to break down difficult problems and equations into smaller, more manageable steps, and he does so in a patient, friendly, and supportive manner.

Mr Lim is a tutor with both great knowledge and a big heart. As a teacher, he never fails to clear our doubts and explain basic mathematical concepts which are crucial in cultivating problem solving skills. He goes the extra mile to answer our questions out of class and even late nights. As an Arts student who has always struggled with math, Chuwei has consistently guided me since J1 and allow me to gain confidence.

Mr Lim has helped me so much for math that my grades went from a U for prelims to an A for A levels. He’s a great teacher who takes time to explain what is not understood and if you still don’t understand, will spend time out of class to ensure all concepts are understood. Could not have gotten through A level math without him!

Mr Lim constantly pushed me to work hard and regularly gave me practices and quizzes to strengthen our proficiency in the different topics. He'll provide a variety a questions and practices to try to expose you to the whole range of question types Cambridge examiners test. I'm proud to say that I've managed to secure my A in H2 math because of him!

Mr Lim helped me grasp the H2 math concepts better and was super supportive in the whole journey towards A’ levels! he was a major inspiration and influenced me to work harder for math😆

I managed to achieve an A in my promos and my A'Levels Math Exam. I credit this achievement mostly to my math tutor, Mr Lim. He is dedicated in guiding us and never stopped encouraging and motivating us by telling us that we are capable of scoring A.

Mr Lim has one of the most effective teaching methods. From designing his own higher-level thinking questions to giving us ample practice on commonly tested questions, he covers a wide range of possibilities which in turn raises a student's confidence. His material is concise and helpful.

Very thankful to have found out and joined Mr Lim's math class in the middle of J1. At that point i found JC math really challenging even though it was only the beginning. It wasn't until joining his class that i had clarity on the subject and true understanding. Overall, Chu Wei has definitely made learning a whole lot more enjoyable and i would definitely recommend going to him for math tuition classes!

Personally, Mr Lim was not just a tuition teacher, but also a pillar of support that I could count on in times of need, emotionally and academically. He taught me how to plan my schedule properly, give me wake up calls when necessary, as the remaining time I had left to A levels were shrinking to zero.

Mr Lim. The man, the myth, the legend. Honestly could not have asked for a better math teacher. Through Chu Wei’s well thought out and entertaining lessons, I managed to significantly improve my math to do well for As. With his funny antics, i never once dreaded to go for his class. Hard to find a teacher who can both teach well and entertain.

Mr Lim has a very unique way of teaching his students so that they can grasp the concepts easily rather than just blindly memorise stuff. He puts in a lot of effort to ensure for the understanding and welfare of his students and is always willing to help anytime.

When I felt like I was in limbo mid-j2, Mr Lim recognised this and had a heart-to-heart talk with me and it made me grounded in reality again. even the night before the first H2 math A level paper, Mr Lim stayed up to answer my queries patiently while reassuring my nerves, which is one of the countless moments that shows Mr Lim's care and passion towards ensuring the best for his students.

I feel that the lessons here are very unique as there is a good balance between a time to joke around and a time to focus during lessons which makes the lessons here more entertaining than other centres, this allows me to not get bored easily during lessons and stay more on task.

My journey under Mr Lim was a very fruitful one, he always gave his best to teach us, always being patient and caring. His service is unmatched, providing us first class care to ensure that we were in top condition to learn.

DON’T HESITATE. Mr Lim pulled me up from the deepest trenches, fr. 🙏🙏 I once thought that I could not recover from the continuous “U” streak in H2 Math during J1. BUT Chu Wei never gave up on me, and I eventually clutched up!! 🤯

I think that Mr Lim is an extremely excellent teacher, not only in his mastery over math, but his attitude and personality wise as well. He always seems very excited to be imparting knowledge to us and would occasionally share fun facts about math to us as he teaches.

His focused practices and concise teaching methods ensured that we were exam-ready in the short preparation time for the A-level H2 Math examinations.

His crash courses were a total life-saver — intense, but really effective. He gave us tons of tough questions that pushed me out of my comfort zone and exposed me to all sorts of tricky and uncommon question types, which made me feel much more prepared for the real thing.
